Yola Mezcal
Yola Mezcal, a female founded Mezcal company, has a mission and vision to not only make a sustainable, great tasting product, it wants women who work for the company and invest in the company, to benefit financially from its success. Yola Mezcal retained TJD to help identify female investors, to act as an overall strategic advisor on how to serve the female investors but also to activate them as Yola's strategic marketers by organizing events, gifting, using their network to obtain new accounts growing Yola from a $12MM to $40MM valuation.
Joylux
Joylux, an intimate wellness brand, hired TJD to source and vet a celebrity partner and investor to uplevel and highlight the conversations surrounding menopause. TJD identified, and shepherded a deal between Joylux and Respin, a women’s midlife wellness brand founded by Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry, forged a partnership to bring solutions to the 60 million peri/post-menopausal women experiencing common intimate health issues. The collaboration marks a significant milestone for both companies as they work together to de-stigmatize the taboo of intimate health with science-backed solutions that empower women to take control of their health.

Our negotiations have resulted in multi millions of dollars of additional compensation in salary, bonuses, signing bonuses and equity.
Severance Agreements
Represented hundreds of high profile C Suite executives in publicly and privately traded companies negotiating their severance packages and agreements resulting in higher returns, increased clarity and better terms in 100% of our negotiations. All severance agreements contain language that states you have had an opportunity to consult with an attorney in particular when waiving your legal rights - many states require it and, in certain circumstances, federal law requires it so hire an attorney and protect your rights!
