Jennifer Justice — known as JJ — is a women’s business attorney, negotiation strategist, and founder of The Justice Dept., a female-focused law firm and advisory based in New York City. She is the creator of the Ask Filter framework and the host of Takin’ Care of Lady Business. She previously served as General Counsel and EVP of Roc Nation, where she was Jay-Z’s personal attorney for 17 years.

The Justice Dept. is a female-focused law firm and business strategy consultancy founded in 2019 by Jennifer Justice.
